Common questions
What is the Lite plan?
Lite is $20/month for each released product or feature you add. Plus is $100/month for every released standard feature. Elite is $200/month for everything released in Plus plus Rapid Trade. Atlas AI remains a closed beta and requires separate approval; it is not included automatically with a paid plan.
How does yearly billing work?
Choose Yearly above to save 25% on Lite or Plus. Lite is billed at $180/year per selected product and Plus at $900/year. Elite remains a separate monthly plan with a 14-day free trial.
What can I choose with Lite?
You can add any combination of released trading models, Terminal tools, Investor Desk research products and Data Vault. Atlas AI Lite is shown as closed beta and cannot be purchased yet.
Can I choose Macro, Atlas AI Lite or Data Vault on its own?
Macro and Data Vault are standalone $20/month Lite choices. Atlas AI Lite remains a closed beta and cannot be purchased until it is released.
Can I choose Rapid Trade with Lite?
No. Rapid Trade is not available with Lite or Plus. It is included with Elite. Atlas AI access is separate while the closed beta is in effect.
How is institutional access priced?
Institutional access is $5,000 per seat per month. Executed notional volume is charged using the published asset-class schedule. Atlas AI remains a separate closed beta; after approval, each additional usage reset is $200. Every institutional buyer uses the same published contract.
Can I trial institutional access?
Institutional access does not include a free trial. Qualified buyers can request a walkthrough of the delivery, archive and Atlas AI workflow before contracting.
What does "earlier signal release" mean?
Institutional subscribers receive eligible records through the institutional delivery contract. Retail subscribers receive product cards through the dashboard and configured alerts. Exact delivery timing and entitlements are documented in the contract.
Do you offer custom builds?
Custom dashboards, data pipes, webhook routing and OEM licensing can be scoped separately through the institutional contact process.
