Account, Billing and Support

Vector Ridge offers a choice of free-trial routes before paid access. The live Products page is the authority for current eligibility, trial terms, plan contents, promotions, and renewal prices. After subscribing, sign in at vector-ridge.com/login. For account or billing help, email support@vector-ridge.com.

This page covers the practical side of being a subscriber: the free trial, what a subscription includes, how to cancel, how you pay, how to get into your account, and how to reach support. For where signals actually appear once you are in, see How Signals Are Delivered; if you are brand new, start with Getting Started.

The free trial

The trial-choice screen shows the routes currently available to your account. The no-card route starts only when you confirm it and ends automatically. The longer route requires secure card verification, shows the exact end time and continuation terms before confirmation, and charges nothing on the day it begins.

During a trial, the workspace uses the same live product surfaces rather than a fabricated demo. Your authenticated trial screen and the Products page are authoritative if eligibility or commercial terms change.

See the product free before any protected offer

Every customer can inspect the live product during a genuine free trial before paying. Ordinary subscriptions do not carry a general money-back promise. One clearly labelled cancellation-retention offer may include a full 90-day refund right on its single $200 payment; its exact eligibility, deadline and access-ending terms are shown before acceptance and recorded in the terms.

Subscriptions and what they include

Access is sold by product tier rather than by separate market packages. Entitlements and prices can change as products are added or retired, so the products page is the sole authority for the current bundle, included products, and live pricing.

A subscription is a research and model-portfolio service, not a brokerage account. Vector Ridge does not hold your capital or place trades for you — you receive the signals and execute through your own broker. For what that means in practice, see Do You Guarantee Profits?

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. There are no contracts and no minimum commitment. When you cancel you will not be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You manage your subscription, update your payment method and view billing history from your account dashboard.

Payment methods

Vector Ridge accepts all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — through a secure third-party payment processor. Transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant, and payments are processed in USD. Card details are handled entirely by the processor; Vector Ridge never sees or stores your card number.

Accessing your signals after subscribing

Core access works in a browser, with an installable mobile experience available for supported devices:

  1. Go to vector-ridge.com/login and sign in with the account you subscribed with.
  2. Your dashboard lists the models you have access to, plus the live terminal, market notes and research.
  3. Open the terminal for live signals, or open a model’s trades page directly.

There is no licence key — your login is your access. The responsive web platform and installable mobile experience use the same account authority. For the full delivery picture, see How Signals Are Delivered.

Contacting support

Email support@vector-ridge.com. Include the email address on your account, the page where the issue occurred, and a short description. Never send a password, full card number, or secret key.

If you are reporting a data issue, note the ticker symbol and the exact timestamp, and attach a screenshot for any interface problem. The detail lets support reproduce and resolve it on the first reply rather than asking follow-up questions.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and past performance is not a reliable guide to future performance. Vector Ridge publishes research signals; it does not place trades for you, hold your capital or guarantee any outcome. Position sizing and risk management remain your responsibility. See Do You Guarantee Profits?

How does the Vector Ridge free trial work?

The trial-choice screen shows the routes currently available to your account. One route requires no card and ends automatically; the longer route requires secure card verification and displays its exact continuation terms before confirmation. The live screen and Products page are authoritative.

How much does a Vector Ridge subscription cost?

The products page is the authority for current tiers, included products, and pricing. Documentation does not freeze a price or product count that can later become stale.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or minimum commitments. When you cancel you will not be charged again and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You can cancel from your account dashboard.

What payment methods does Vector Ridge accept?

All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — through a secure third-party payment processor. Transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant, and payments are processed in USD. You can update your payment method from your account dashboard.

How do I access my signals after subscribing?

Log in at vector-ridge.com/login with the account you subscribed with. Your dashboard gives you the models you have access to, plus the live terminal, market notes and research. Everything is browser-based, so there is no software to install. On a phone you can add the site to your home screen for an app-like experience.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — without the app store. Vector Ridge is a responsive web app with a dedicated mobile layout for following signals on the go. Add it to your home screen from your phone’s browser and it launches full-screen like a native app, showing the same live signals as desktop. Because it runs in the browser, you are always on the current version and there is nothing to update or reinstall.

How do I contact Vector Ridge support?

Email support@vector-ridge.com or use the contact form on the site. The general response target is within 24 hours, and higher-priority tickets are answered sooner — Urgent under 2 hours, High under 8 hours, Medium under 24 hours and Low under 48 hours, measured during business days.
